SLA - Financial Penalties

We are bound by a strict, priority based Service Level Agreement (SLA). Financial penalties of 10% of that month's contract in the event an SLA is breached* on a per incident basis.

Contract Terms

We believe in win-win value based relationships and we do not lock our clients in on contract terms. A standard 90 day mutual cancellation clause applies. All passwords, diagrams and site specific information is made available at all times to our clients.

Onboarding Costs

Onboarding depends on migration requirements and current situation but for budget sake = $250-$500 per user.
